Seriously consider being homeless before renting from here, neighbours are loud with all night moaning, bed bugs infested so bad they can be seen running in the halls, as if bed bugs weren't enough the building is also mouse infested, crawling through the heater systems and entering the apartments. Management is only available when it comes time to collect rent.
