Don't live in the apt near the stairs all you hear day and night is people stomping up and down.
I had an upstairs neighbour who loved to tap? on their floor waking me up most mornings at 2 or 4 am.
Most days you can walk through the halls and smell what the other tenants are smoking.
First week I lived there the fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning as a hotwater tank broke on the 3rd floor and did damage to the 2 floors below it.
Lots of lost sleep here and creepy neighbors
