This place is way overpriced and outdated. The management is out of touch and only updates the property when they foresee liability issues. The noise from the construction never stops and they have been renovating for about 2 years but no one is sure exactly what improvements if any are being made. The power goes out all the time and the power bills in the units are outrageous due to the 1980's washer and dryers they provide you with. The light bulbs burn out all the time due to poor wiring . Mention any of these issues to management ( particularly Tim kiddy) and they appear to be dumb founded as if they are surprised that someone would complain. Save yourself a whole lot of grief and move to Bedford or Clayton park.
