This is probably the most horrible place I have ever lived. I lived in a bachelor apartment facing quinpool road. My front window, which basically functioned as a wall in my bachelor - was damaged in a wind storm. After I called the landlord several times about this issue, I gave up and taped some cardboard to the cracked window while I looked on kijiji frantically for a way to get out of this piece of shit apartment. About a month passed and a maintenance person showed up to check out the damage, He put duct tape on the window and that was the end of the maintenance. I moved out as quickly as possible after this. The landlord kept my damage deposit.

I would not give this establishment 1 star but I had to. The owner of the property is unnecessarily rude to tenants, and also it took forever to get the damaged deposit back which was ridiculous. Most of the fixtures and intercom never worked and never got fixed, nor did he fix or replace the laundry facilities on three separate floors.

I guess if you need a place to stay quick it's better than the sidewalk.
