The place is ok and it is in a good location if you go to Dalhousie or are looking for easy access to downtown. However, management is very slow to fix things and consistently gives late notice to enter your unit. When addressed about this, they do not seem to care. The laundry facilities are awful, and have not been cleaned in years. This is known because when you was clothing, often they come out with massive dust patches on the clothing .

The place was quite enough, but management could be a little cold sometimes. They very much run a business, and do not care for their renters. They also have an awful fruit fly problem. I have had fruit flies in all of my Halifax houses, but this place is particularly bad. We kept our place clean, and our food waste stored away, but we never seemed to be able to get rid of them
