5 Wellington St, Sackville

I lived in the upstairs portion of this house with 4 other tennants. There is plenty of space for 5 people, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen.
The landlord was always helpful and willing to come by and check things out if needed.
Due to years of students living in this house, it's not in the best shape (carpets, walls, etc.) but is still one of the better student houses in the area.
