The super is alright and the apartment is just ok. However, there is NO absolutely NO soundproofing around the front doors of apartments. Get a neighbour that plays the piano and you are screwed! Yup, that was me. Hours on end of not so nice listening annoyance. The street noise is really bad as well if you're on that side of the building. The building is fairly new so there is a ton of shifting happening- cracked ceilings, mouldings, flooring, all of it. For the price of the rent at $1250 I would expect much more. Also, it is NOT wheelchair/handicap friendly at all. No onsite amenities other than indoor parking.
