Have you lived here? Write a Review!   on January 30, 2019 Peter the owner/manager is the greasiest person I know in my life. He never fix anything, never answer message and does care at all! DO NOT RENT HERE!  on August 15, 2016Still have yet to receive damage deposit back ~1 year later. on August 25, 2014The building is poorly managed. They say it is maintained by O.C.A.H properties, but the actual owner of the building, Peter Rouvalis, is listed under 3088962 Nova Scotia LTD. The only information I could find about him is two court appearances for issues with regards to his properties : http://www.halifax.ca/council/agendasc/documents/100914cai05.pdf He has yet to pay back my damage deposit despite it being over a month since I moved out and won't return any of my calls. The heating often did not work, and the property manager was rude when I requested he fix it. The window was also broken when I moved in, and it took around four months to have it repaired.
