Terrible managing. Apartments are extremely over priced for the condition the building is in.
The landlord and owner make multiple promises upon renting the unit (upgrades that will be done) then either don't ever do them or do them sporadically, at their convenience, not yours. Also, some of the upgrades they have done have never been finished or the quality of it was very poor.
If you ever consider renting at this property or any owned by this owner, make sure you will have absolutely NO reason to talk to them during your stay because you will have terrible service. for examples, one lost her keys. It took over a month for her to get a new set after calling multiple times)
