Cheap spot in once beautiful building. Too bad the landlord has no interest whatsoever in keeping up the place let alone improving it. It is/was a beautiful building - some of that remains but it is a bit worse for wear (door knobs came off, fridge broke several times, stain glass all cracked).

Mice!! Lots of mice!!! Landlord would just provide sticky traps but made no real efforts to get at the source.

Landlord also rented each apartment (all 4) out with parking despite there only being really 2 spots (you'd get blocked in). This was really frustrating because we signed the lease with the promise of only 2 spots being filled - if you needed your car and the neighbours were out, you were SOL.

It hurts me to know this beautiful heritage property is owned by someone just looking for an easy buck and is ok with letting it fall apart.
