Great apartment if you're a student and want to live close to downtown. Spring Garden is only a 2 minute walk away. Landlord doesn't like turning the heat on much in the winter, but thankfully electricity is included in the rent so I just plugged electric heaters in everywhere. Also, in the winter there are mice, which im sure comes with a lot of the old buildings in Halifax. The landlords have entered the apartment countless times without giving any sort of notice. If it wasn't so close to my workplace I probably wouldn't be living there anymore.
