Run Down, broken glass in windows, expensive to heat, owner did not respond to reports of wasps in unit. Owner said 'bees are our friends' to complaints of bees under deck. Owner blamed tenant for plumbing problems. Cracked plaster, broken tiles in kitchen counter.
