This house is a good place in terms of student housing. Clean enough, and a good amount of space for 2-3 people.
However, the windows were cocked shut in all rooms when I moved in which is a fire hazard, and there was mould in the bathrooms and around some of the windows.
The previous owner of the house was a smoker and had many animals which made the carpet dirty and full of animal hair.
The landlord at the time was not helpful and rarely in town.
