The building is fine but very old and good luck getting a repair. The owner lived in the buildi g and is just the most rude person i have ever met. He accuses good quiet rent paying tenants of ridiculous things and is grnerally very creepy and made my roomate and i both very uncomfortable. Argues with you over everything. Id NEVER reccomend this place. Rent is expensive for s place with no balcony. Also people play really loud music at 2 am and it never seems to be dealt with.
