Have you lived here? Write a Review!   on September 25, 2012 Decent size and fairly cheap with parking included. There were mice as per usual downtown student apartments but it was looked after by our landlord. It was also very dank given it was a basement apartment so there were mold patches in a few spots. Overall, the location was great and the landlords responded promptly with any requests or issues we had. It was no luxury suite but it worked.
