We're excited to announce the addition of direct listings on Rent Donkey! This has been easily our #1 most requested feature, and we think you'll love the easy interface we've developed for it.

You no longer need to first post your listing on a free classified site in order for Rent Donkey to pick it up. We heard that was a pain. You can now quickly and easily post directly to our website. This gives a number of advantages:

1. Cost - it's free! We have unlimited free postings available to everyone. For people who want more, we do have a paid option available as well (more on that below).
2. Control - your listing will stay up for as long as you'd like. Unlike listings that we get from classified sites, which we automatically remove after a certain period of time. You don't have to "bump" and re-post your listings anymore!
3. Speed - posting to Rent Donkey couldn't be quicker. We only ask you for the absolute essential information, and don't require an account or any sign-in. A few clicks and you're done!
4. Exposure - Rent Donkey is the region's # 1 most trafficked apartment search website. By posting your listing, it will be listed for our hundreds of daily users. We want to help you rent your apartment fast!

There are two main direct listing options:

Free Listing - Anyone can post a free listing, which literally puts your rental "on the map". You can include as much information as you'd like, and can even upload a picture. Your rental will be found in Google, and can be shared with your friends & the world via Facebook and Twitter. We even give you your own personal short URL for easy sharing.

Maximum Visibility Listing - For people who want the most visibility, convenience, and exposure, this is the best choice. For a single $10 fee, you can post up to 10 photos with descriptions, which are visible in high-resolution display and with a beautiful photo gallery mode. Your rental is specially highlighted on the map (with an icon of one of your pictures) which makes it impossible for anyone to miss. We tweet your rental to our followers on @RentDonkey.
