About Fredericton Apartments
Fredericton includes the New Brunswick legislature, restaurants, and hotels. The downtown core is very walking and biking friendly, with relatively little traffic and wide streets for transportation. The area features many older houses with lots of space, with many converted to apartments for rent. The South Side of Fredericton is home to the University of New Brunswick (UNB), Fredericton campus. Prospect street is the main commercial street, home of many high density apartment buildings, popular with students of UNB. Students usually live in the area immediately surrounding the UNB campus, although also take advantage of relatively affordable house rentals in the downtown core.
